Please read carefully. By purchasing from Konbini, you agree to the following terms:

Refunds & Processing Fees

• Refunds due to a change of mind (including pre-orders) will incur a 5% processing fee on sealed products. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs.

• This fee applies to all refunds except in cases where a pre-order product is delayed by more than two weeks beyond the date stated in the pre-order description.

Singles (Individual Cards)

• Refunds on single cards incur a 15% restocking fee due to the time required for picking and re-shelving.

Product Conditions & Returns

• No specific cards are guaranteed in any product unless clearly stated in the product description.

• No returns are accepted on booster packs or booster boxes, even if unopened.

• No refunds are available for opened products unless the item is faulty.

Shipping & Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable once a courier has been booked.
